Find tasks worth automating

List up to 8 tasks worth automating. For each: what triggers it, the steps, which of my tools could do it, rough time saved per week (as a range, marked as an estimate), and the risk if it goes wrong.
Order by value vs. effort. Don't recommend tools I didn't list unless you mark them "new tool".
